Below are the terms and conditions for entering into a coaching relationship with Alyssa Hutchinson, Owner & Founder of Emerge from Within, LLC, and Quantum Evolution - a group program.



Confidentiality - Quantum Evolution is a group container, please respect the privacy of all participants. In co-creating a safe container, privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance. Alyssa agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client(s) private and confidential, as allowable by law. No personal information will be shared with anyone without the Client’s express permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else.



Communication - Quantum Evolution includes communication with Alyssa inside the Facebook group and the signal channel. Please be sure to tag Alyssa when appropriate so she is aware of the message, and allow Alyssa 24 hours to respond. Please know, you are important and Alyssa will to her best to respond to you in a timely manner.


Attendance Policy - If Client cannot make the scheduled calls, then it is assumed that the Client is participating and watching the recordings in a supportive way. Client is responsible for their progress and accountable for their own healing journey.



Termination/Refunds - If for any reason Client is not satisfied, or believes this is not a good fit, refunds may be offered for services not yet rendered. A fee of $111 will be retained for the cost of the digital content, as well as a rate of $144 per week while Client was enrolled in the program.



Release of Liability - As the Client, and in consideration for participation in Quantum Evolution with Alyssa Hutchinson, Certified Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Healing Coach with Emerge from Within, LLC, Client agrees that Client's participation in any group session(s) are entirely voluntary and that Client assumes any risk associated with participation. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by Client, of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility, and any harm, injury, or loss that may occur to Client or Client's property as a result of Client's participation in the session, is neither the responsibility nor liability of Alyssa Hutchinson or Emerge from Within, LLC.



Client understands that Quantum Evolution is for educational and support purposes. Client acknowledges that psilocybin is federally illegal and working with the medicine in this way is at Client's own risk. Some states, such as Oregon and Colorado, as well as some cities have decriminalized the used of psilocybin, it is Client's responsibility to understand the state and local laws where Client resides.


Client understands that breathwork and somatic healing coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. Client recognizes that breathwork requires emotional, physical, and mental effort, exertion, and behavioral experimentation, on Client's part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional uncomfortableness. Client fully acknowledges and takes full responsibility for all the risks involved. Client understands that it is Client's responsibility to consult with Client's health care provider prior to participating in breathwork, if necessary.


In the event that Client is injured, Client agrees to assume any financial obligation, either through Client's personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs Client incurs. Alyssa Hutchinson and Emerge from Within, LLC assume no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by Client in connection with the use of any services in connection with the session.


IN CONSIDERATION OF CLIENT'S PARTICIPATION IN BREATHWORK AND SOMATIC HEALING COACHING, CLIENT HEREBY GENERALLY RELEASES, AND PROMISES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS ALYSSA HUTCHINSON AND EMERGE FROM WITHIN, LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES (THE “RELEASE PARTIES”), FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER. Client will reimburse Alyssa Hutchinson and/or Emerge from Within for any damages, reasonable settlements and defense costs, including attorney’s fees, that they incur because of any such claims made against them. Client agrees that the terms of this agreement, including the indemnification obligations in this paragraph, will be binding on Client's estate, and Client's personal representative, executor, administrator or guardian will be obligated to respect and enforce them. This RELEASE does not extend to claims for gross negligence, intentional or reckless misconduct, or any other liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded by agreement.


Client agrees that the purpose of this agreement is that it shall be an enforceable RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY as broad and inclusive as is permitted by Montana State law. Client agrees that if any portion or provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder will continue in full force and effect. Client also agrees that any invalid provision will be modified or partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law to carry out the purpose of the agreement.


Client understands that this is a contract that affects Client's legal rights, and Client has read and understood this form and all its contents, and Client voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
